1. Use of the Advisor

The AI Advisor is an informational tool. Its outputs are generated from curated sourcing knowledge and general models. They are not a substitute for a sourcing contract, legal advice, compliance opinion, or commercial agreement.

2. Sourcing Service

The human sourcing service is provided under a separate written agreement. Quotes, scope, fees and delivery terms are defined there and take precedence over anything written on this website.

3. Acceptable use

• No attempts to extract, scrape or mirror our knowledge base.
• No use for illegal sourcing (restricted goods, sanctions evasion, IP infringement).
• No prompt-injection or model-identity probing.

4. Limitation of liability

SourcingPilot is provided on an “as-is” basis during early access. We are not liable for commercial decisions taken on the basis of Advisor output. The sourcing service contract defines the liability scope for paid engagements.
