1. What we collect

When you use the AI Advisor we process the text you enter, a session identifier, and basic telemetry (timestamp, rough geolocation from IP). When you contact our sourcing desk we collect what you share — typically product specs, target cost, market, and company details.

2. How we use it

Advisor inputs are used to retrieve and rank relevant sourcing knowledge, and to generate an answer. Contact-form inputs are used to prepare a sourcing proposal. We do not sell data. We do not use your product specs to train public models.

3. Retention

Advisor transcripts are retained for up to 90 days for quality review and then deleted or fully anonymized. Sourcing engagements are retained for the life of the contract plus applicable accounting requirements.

4. Subprocessors

We use cloud infrastructure, AI model providers and email providers as subprocessors. A current list is available on request.

5. Your rights

Email support@sourcingpilot.co to request access, correction or deletion of your data. We respond within 14 days.
